The designers behind the four storey conversion of 1 Dock Street managed a very rare feat they brought an old Leeds warehouse right up to date without losing its identity With its arched doors and large sash windows 1 Dock Street has clearly retained much of its authenticity. But the glass balconies with their delightful criss-cross framework have given it a seriously contemporary feel. And this property is just as attractive on its inside as well.

There is an impressive entrance hall with a gorgeous marble floor and a wonderful dark oak staircase. Rooms in the apartments are nice and bright thanks to those large windows the balconies are spacious and there are some great views across the River Aire. And back outside the courtyard features a large communal barbeque area and a wide terrace that overhangs the water. Needless to say 1 Dock Street has a lot of good things going for it
