There is something decidedly attractive about converted Victorian warehouses and the Dock House development is a fine example of this. Located on Navigation walk the outward appearance of this building blends-in perfectly with its surroundings yet its red-framed windows and arty front walls give it a nice modern slant. This building is a bit of a rarity insomuch as it manages to be both new and old at the same time.
So hats off to its architects for achieving such a skilful balance However Dock House has much more to offer than looks alone Its tasteful interiors come complete with lovely traditional-styled kitchens and bathrooms whilst outdoors it has lovely private decked areas.
