Rushbond Group a Leeds based property investment group has pledged to build 82 rental apartments Crispin Lofts . The 82 loft style flats will all differ slightly due to the nature of the conversion and have a resident s gym. The strategy comes after research shows that long term rentals will be favoured over buying by 2025.

The historic Crispin House which stand between New York Road and North Street will be the largest build to let development in Leeds and may set the trent for future city centre developments. There is predicted to be a housing shortfall of 750 000 homes by 2025 as people are stuggling to get mortgages developers and councils are starting to look at long term rental developments to ensure the void is closed in the housing market and Crispin Lofts will help to fill this a gap in the Leeds area.
